My Services

For your shoot, I will come to you and your family, at the location of your choice.

I want to capture you in the comfort of your home, or at a favorite place such as a park, beach, or urban setting.

This helps me to capture images that are truly personal to you and help to embrace who you are, and what makes you unique.

Whenever possible, I will use the available light, but I am also prepared with portable studio lights.

WHAT CAN WE EXPECT TO HAPPEN AT THE SESSION?

You can expect your session to be very casual and relaxed. Sessions typically last about one hour and thirty minutes, but are never finished until the best moments are captured.

It is more like a play date, than a portrait session. My ultimate goal is to capture your family comfortable and having fun.

WHAT CAN PARENTS DO TO HELP?

If this is a session for your toddler or tween:

• Tell your children I am coming to play. Tell them I am an old friend. Tell them anything that sounds good. Just don't tell them they have to get their picture taken!

• Take a minute to get some coffee, read a magazine, or smell the flowers. For kid sessions, toddlers and older children are more apt to act natural when mom and dad aren’t right on hand.

• Trust that I can make your child smile. Please do not tell them to say Cheese!

• Be patient.

• Be happy.

CAN I BUY THE DIGITAL FILES FROM THE SESSION?

Yes! The digital files are available, either as an entire collection or individually. Prices vary, please contact me at Rob@FirstFramesPhotography.com for my comprehensive price guide.

HOW MUCH SHOULD I PLAN TO INVEST?

Most clients typically order a collection and then add to it in order to personalize their displays. By purchasing a collection, ranging in price from $155 to $415, you are entitled to a discount on additional a-la-carte prints. The more you spend, the more you save!

• anything you feel the need to fiddle with!

WHERE DO SESSIONS TAKE PLACE?

We will work together to choose a location that works best for you and your family.

All photography is done on location with portable studio lighting, and when possible, in natural light.

WHEN WILL WE SEE OUR PROOFS?

Approximately two weeks after your session I will email you a password-protected slideshow set to music along with ordering instructions.

WHAT IF IT RAINS?

If we decide together that the weather is not suitable for an outdoor session, we will do our best to reschedule you for another day. Should that not be an option due to travel dates, the session fee is refundable.

OR IF MY CHILD IS SICK?

If you're child is sick, please call as early as possible to reschedule. As a parent, I understand that sometimes this happens. Please try to call at least 24 hours before your session. In my experience, a sick, tired or grumpy child makes for a sub-par session. I keep a waiting list and can usually fill your spot with some advance notice.
